Delivery and Return Conditions

The ordered product will be shipped within 3 business days. Your orders will be sent by domestic cargo. All taxes and fees are included in the standard shipping fee. After you place an order, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you, please review this e-mail and make sure that all information is correct. If there is any mistake in your information, please contact us via info@greeno.com.tr. When we deliver your order to the shipping company, you will receive your tracking number where you can track your order to your e-mail address. In this way, you can track your order on the cargo company's website. When your order is delivered, you can open and check your package in company with the cargo authority. Crushed, torn, opened, wetted, etc. If you encounter an unexpected situation or problematic product in packages that are not present, do not take the package, keep a record of the cargo authority and return the package to us by the cargo company.

Order status

You can check the status of your order from your My Account page whenever you want, if you have not logged in as a guest but opened a membership. If you want to change or cancel your order after completing it, you can contact us at info@greeno.com.tr and submit your change request. If your product is not shipped, your request will be evaluated and you will be returned as soon as possible.

 

Exchange and Return Conditions

 

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased and want to return it, the product or products in your order; you can return it with your invoice within 14 days of order delivery. You can return the products you want to return with the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by getting confirmation from Greeno on e-mail which is info@greeno.com.tr. The products whose return request is not notified in advance will not be returned. In order for the products you purchase to be returned, the product must not be lost and not used and its labels and logos must not be damaged. Products will be checked by our team to make sure they are not damaged. If there are any accessories for the product, it must be returned. Returns that do not comply with these terms will not be accepted and will be sent back to you on a paid basis. You will be notified by e-mail when we receive your return cargo. After checking the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions, the refunds of the accepted return requests are made within 7 business days to the credit card, if the payment is made with a credit card. If the payment is made with the installment option on the credit card, the product price will be divided by the number of installments and returned to the credit card where the payment is made every month. This application; It was determined by your bank, not by greeno.com.tr

 

Greeno Ltd. is not responsible for the shipping of the returned products, therefore, for the safety of your cargoes, always choose a shipping company that has a tracking option. No change is made with a different product. If you want to replace your product with another model or color, you need to return the product and place a new order.

 

Damaged Products

 

If you think there is an error in the product you purchased, contact us via info@greeno.com.tr If you send the product to us within the return period, necessary checks will be made and if the product is in stock, the product / products will be replaced. If the product (s) are not in our stocks, your order will be returned and a refund will be made.
